Dank der Energy Harvesting-Technologie erzeugt der Friends of Hue-Schalter bei jedem Druck genügend Energie, um einen Funkbefehl zu senden. Das bedeutet, dass keine Kabel und keine Batterien benötigt werden und der Schalter nie aufgeladen werden muss.

Für den Außengebrauch designt.
Der Friends of Hue-Schalter hält normalen Gebrauch im Freien, Sonnenlicht und Regenspritzern stand und ist mit der Schutzklasse IP44 zertifiziert. Der Schalter kann mit speziellen Klebepunkten (in der Verpackung enthalten) oder Schrauben an Außenwänden angebracht werden. 

Funktioniert auch mit HomeKit.
Über die Philips Hue Bridge (v2) ist der Schalter auch mit Homekit Szenarien oder Geräten kompatibel, einschließlich Lautsprechern wie Sonos oder Homepod, Steckdosen oder Rasensprengern. Löse Deine Lieblingsszenarien mit einem einfachen Knopfdruck aus.

(2 stars) Update (07/23/2025): The replacements have arrived! My dog loves the new plushie sloth and so far it is in tact. It doesn't have stuffing in the body as far as I can tell, so little to no clean up hopefully. They also sent her a spiked squeaky ball and she's getting used to it. This company has some of the best customer service and support that I've experienced. (5 stars)
