Per risparmiare peso e ottimizzare la resistenza al rotolamento, il Pro One TT non ha protezione antiforatura. Come tutti gli pneumatici Schwalbe TLE, deve quindi essere sempre utilizzato con il liquido sigillante.

Istruzioni per il primo montaggio: Le gomme Schwalbe Pro One e Schwalbe Pro One TT Tubeless Easy vanno utilizzate con il sigillante per gomme Doc Blue. Almeno 30 ml , ma preferibilmente 60 ml per gomma. Subito dopo l'aggiunta del sigillante la gomma dovrà girare per almeno 25 km. Se si ignorano le istruzioni per il primo montaggio, non sarà possibile garantire la sigillatura della gomma.
