Der Kirsch-Balsamico-Essig aus Cerasus Sanguine wird in einem innovativen Reifeprozess hergestellt, der ein unverändertes, echtes und duftendes Produkt liefert, das den Geschmack der Speisen hervorheben kann. Dank dieses speziellen Verfahrens behält es die Eigenschaften des Rohmaterials, aus dem es hergestellt wird.

Im Gegensatz zu Weinessig muss dieser Balsamico-Essig aus Kirschen nicht in Fässern reifen, sondern nur etwa ein Jahr ruhen, um sich zu stabilisieren und gleichzeitig seine wertvollen organoleptischen Eigenschaften zu bewahren.

Darüber hinaus enthalten Kirschen Antioxidantien, die das Risiko von Herzerkrankungen reduzieren und freie Radikale bekämpfen. Das Flavonoid Quercitrin, das in geringen Mengen enthalten ist, gehört zu den wirksamsten krebshemmenden Mitteln.

Balsamico-Essig aus Kirschen bietet verschiedene Interpretationen und unzählige Vorteile für die allgemeine Vitalität des Menschen. Dank seiner Eigenschaften ist er in der Lage, den Verbraucher zu faszinieren, der außerdem ständig auf der Suche nach einem einzigartigen Geschmack ist.

Kirsch-Balsamico-Essig Argentum

Es handelt sich um einen cremigen Nektar von dunkel-nussbrauner Farbe, der kräftig schmeckendes Fleisch (z.B. Wild und gekochtes Fleisch) und reifere Käsesorten sanft ergänzt. Traditionelle Gerichte finden in diesem Balsamico-Essig aus Kirschen einen perfekten Verbündeten. Auch hervorragend als Ergänzung zu Süßwaren.

Balsamico-Essig aus Kirschen passt gut zu rotem Fleisch (Wagyu, insbesondere Kobe, Pferde-Carpaccio, Rinderbraten) und zu reifen Käsesorten.

Wir empfehlen die Verwendung dieses Balsamico-Essigs aus Kirschen in folgendem Rezept: Schweinenacken Cerasus Sanguine, bei dem Sojasauce, Teriyaki-Sauce, Zwiebeln, Knoblauch und als Beilage Paprika zum Nacken hinzugefügt werden.

I got the hub in two days ago. I plugged it in to a uni-directional HDMI cable (I have used these for years from Monoprice.com) from the hub to the TV and the PD port into the charging block. Charging started but the iPad Pro screen was NOT showing on the TV. I switched in a regular HDMI cable from the hub to the TV and it worked. The Monoprice cables have some sort of logic in the cable ends allowing a very thin HDMI cable. I have used these on my TVs at home and when teaching at a senior facility for at least 8 years now. So, something with the unidirectional HDMI cables seems to interfere with this hub but “regular” HDMI cables seem OK. Before buying this hub, I had emailed Anker TS with a question. Anker turned around 3 emails with answers in just over an hour. This is one of the reasons why I have bought quite a lot of Anker products over the years. My use for this is to plug in my iPad Pro to my AVR so that I can stream stuff to my TV while simultaneously charging the iPad at the same time. This works well.
