One thing I love to do is imagine new ways to trigger eco conversations. People liked to be eased into them to avoid embarrassment over not living up to some standard. That's what makes the Kill Your Grass movement so intriguing. Lawn is a societal construct from the Victorian era. We literally are making ourselves smaller and less interesting through conformity to a 150 year old British standard. Blech.  
So I thought about what's under all those 100s of 1000s of acres of lawn. So. Much. So many lifecycles and homes and beauty and meals for birds and bugs and toadies. We have a goldmine in our lawn. The only thing in the way is a lack of understanding. Just one extra square yard of wildflowers would make so much difference. Our endangered native bees only live in a tight 1000 foot range from their home. That's one or two yard's worth! 
The point is, the shirt gets those conversations going. The image draws them in. The words make them ask a question. Be ready, Eco Warrior!

P.S.-This design also exposes my hopeless crusade to convince people to re-learn the use of 'its' and keep that apostrophe far away when using the possessive. It's= it is its=belongs 
The normalization of non-grass/lower grass yards will likely win out in that futile battle. Sigh.
