Will it fit my cat or dog?
The interior is 40cm L × 26cm W × 22cm H. Cats up to 7kg fit comfortably — including larger breeds like Maine Coons and Norwegian Forest Cats up to that limit. For dogs, it suits breeds up to 5kg: Chihuahuas, Yorkshire Terriers, Toy Poodles, Pomeranians, and small Dachshunds all fit well. If your pet is close to the limit, measure from their collar to the base of their tail — they should be able to sit upright without their head touching the top.
What colours are available?
The SnuggleGo™ comes in four colours: Classic White, Sunshine Yellow, Lilac Purple, and Blossom Pink. Select your preferred colour from the dropdown above.
Is it airline approved?
At 40 × 26 × 22cm it fits under most airline seats, and soft-sided carriers are broadly accepted in the cabin. However, every airline sets its own exact size limits — always confirm with your specific carrier before travelling. We cannot guarantee approval on every route.
My cat hates carriers — will this help?
It genuinely does for most cats. The wide side door unzips flat so they can walk in rather than being pushed through a top opening — a huge difference for Ragdolls, Persians, and British Shorthairs who resist being picked up. Leave it open at home for a few days with a familiar blanket inside. Most cats start exploring and napping in it on their own within a week, which makes the actual journey far less stressful.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the interior and exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The padded base mat is spot-clean only — do not put it in the washing machine. For pets who are prone to motion sickness, a small washable liner placed on top of the mat makes clean-up much easier.
