This latest collection of work from Emily of EOT Ceramics is a summery trio of glazes inspired by the irresistible tones of the sea in Cornwall.

These mugs are wheel-thrown in Emily's Cornish studio from stoneware clay. They are then carefully glazed with Emily's unique recipes. The Short size is ideal for coffee, with the Tall size holding a good-sized cuppa. The stoneware clay and tapered shape helps keep drinks hotter for longer. 

With their evocative names in Cornish, they are inspired by the many tones of the sea around Cornwall. Whether it's the light and glassy Porth, which makes us think of shallow water over bright sand in the harbour at St Ives, or the richer blue tones of Mor, which feels like you're heading into deeper water. We also love the grounding green of the Glas glaze, which feels like a kelp forest just under the surface of the water.

We especially love that the inside of these mugs is glazed in a smooth, glossy finish. It makes them so easy to clean.
