Besides a new gasket, this kit includes new grommets that seal around the mounting studs. These authentic Honda parts (Gasket Set, Head Cover # 12040-PCX-305) fit all S2000’s from 2000 to 2009. Note: spark plug tube seals sold separately (part # 12342-PCX-004).
