- Integrates four 30,000 BTU/hr cast iron open burners for high-performance cooking.
- Features a remote cold rail capable of holding six 1/4 size pans, maintaining NSF-7 standards.
- Constructed with durable stainless steel front, sides, stub back, and a 6" plate shelf.
- 100% polyurethane 'Shot-In-Place' foam insulation for superior temperature retention in the cold rail.
- Designed for modular installation, requiring a compatible Jade Range Titan refrigerated base (sold separately).
- Includes a stainless steel removable night cover for the refrigerated rail.
