During this 2 1/2 hour workshop, we'll start with a brief history of techniques from different cultures and look at examples and tools. The majority of the time will then be practical as Socko founder Emma teaches you how to darn your own clothing. You're welcome to bring items of your own that need mending, there'll be fabric to practise on. and you'll go home not only with your acquired skills but with your very own mending kit as well.
As with all our workshops, there will be snacks and bottomless tea available, and there is 10% off on purchases made in the shop on the day.
