Critical Upgrade Requirements
Before proceeding with the Flex Fuel flash, ensure your Maverick R meets the following hardware and software criteria:

CodeShooter Device: An EVP CodeShooter ECU Flashing Device is mandatory for all tuning options on this page.

Silicone Charge Tubes: You must have EVP Silicone Charge Tubes installed.

Installation Note: The tuning requires a boost-only reference. You must use the auxiliary port on the charge tube that sees boost pressure only. Do not tap into the BOV vacuum/boost port for this specific tuning requirement.

Existing Software: This specific page/upgrade is only for those who already have the X85 Rising Rate base file.

Upgrading to Flex Fuel eliminates the need to manually swap maps when changing fuels. The system communicates with the ECU to optimize timing and fueling in real-time, providing:
