Queendomino est un jeu totalement indépendant de Kingdomino, en offrant des challenges un peu plus relevés. Il peut être joué sans Kingdomino, de 2 à 4 joueurs, mais aussi être mélangé avec Kingdomino, permettant alors des parties à 4 joueurs en 7x7 ou jusqu'à 6 joueurs en 5x5.
