- Stainless steel construction throughout, including cavities, cabinet base, doors, and pan support racks.
- Each compartment holds 5 full-size 12 x 20 x 2-1/2-inch pans.
- Built-in safety features include low-water shutdown, over-pressure protection, and a hidden magnetic door switch.
- Requires dual 1/2-inch NPT cold-water supply lines and a 1-1/4-inch NPT free-venting drain.
