This book contains images of the original surveys for the state of Florida Ð focusing on North-East Florida. This Range surveys occurred in the 1835 era. Also this book contains modern maps showing the individual Range survey. IN addition, I have overlaid the old survey and the new modern map to assist researchers in locating old landmarks, roads, etc. Also included in this book are grantees for each Range. The data is in alpha and Section order to allow genealogists locating families and land. A detailed index is provided with individuals sorted by Last, First name. When certain Range maps warrant further detail the author has cropped the images to show details (roads, springs, some houses etc.) Supplement surveys are also included. For those people who know their specific Ranges and Townships Ð this book covers TS 7S, Range 24-32E to TS 12 (same ranges). Covering most of Putnam and St. Johns, and parts of Clay, Flagler, and Marion counties. ALSO special section on Ocala, Fort King and Silver Springs.
