Bottled at a robust 54.4% ABV, SYC:01 is non-chill filtered, naturally colored, and showcases the raw influence of its island home and the Syrah casks sourced from a biodynamic French wine producer.
The nose opens with caramel and soft peat smoke, unfolding into ripe strawberry, red apple, and apricot jam, all elevated by the wine cask’s deep fruit character. Subtle oak, honey, ginger, and toasted spices follow, layered with bonfire smoke and marzipan.
