GRIZZLY EGR COOLER: The EGR cooler in your Ford 6.0L Powerstroke is designed to cool EGR gas before it gets reintroduced into the engine. Over time your cooler can crack and allow for exhaust gas to pressurize the cooling system or coolant can make its way into the turbo and exhaust system leading to other failures. This new replacement EGR cooler from Grizzly will restore proper operation of your trucks EGR system. The Grizzly EGR cooler is designed to meet or exceed factory specifications and is a direct bolt in replacement that comes complete with gaskets to ensure a leak and hassle free installation.
GRIZZLY OIL COOLER: The 6.0L Ford Powerstroke's oil is responsible for not only cooling and lubrication, but it also is used for fuel injection as well via the high pressure oil pump. The factory oil cooler does a good job of maintaining proper oil temperature but over time can become plugged with contaminates from poor coolant or oil quality. Replace your failed or plugged oil cooler with a New Grizzly Replacement Oil Cooler. This oil cooler kit comes complete with all the necessary gaskets and seal for a leak free installation. The Grizzly Oil Cooler Kit also comes complete with a new oil cooler screen that is notorious for plugging.
