180-275 Type Approved Combi Road Trailer Complete - 8" wheels

Suitable for most larger dinghies. Suitable for dinghies within the length of 4.27m (14')  to 4.87m (16'). For example: Laser 2000, Laser 4000, Vareo, Fireball, Musto Skiff, RS400, RS500, RS600, RS700, RS800 and many more.

Includes a bulb lighting board to suit the extending arms. The lighting board arms can be (as an extra) the swinging arm type, so they can be swung inwards to give more space when storing - and prevent tripping over. Please select type required from the drop down box. (The photos show the fixed type - two large black hand tightening knobs).

Type Approved Road Trailers:

Since January 2013 all UK Dinghy trailers sold, now have to be of an approved design known as Type Approved as defined by the UK Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency.  All new Rooster Trailers supplied from our manufacturers are Type Approved under the Individual Vehicle Approval (IVA) scheme. 

All Rooster Type Approved Road Trailers have:

Manufacturers & serial number details on the chassis.  All TA trailers (like vehicles) now have a unique VIN number and is marked on the trailers drawbar.   The statutory plate is a tamper proof sticker (with the VIN number), and covered with a tamper proof film.

NOTE: The locking pin is a standard ROUND adjustable type. If your trolley has a SLOT fitting on the front, then the slot type adaptor will have have to be purchased as an extra.
