• The product is carefully selected before shipping
• The product is harvested the day before it is shipped
• We do not offer refunds, only replacement product or future order credits
• On rare or exceptional occasions substitutions may be necessary, in which case we would make sure the product we are replacing it with is similar to your original choice.
