Alto Adige "Quarz" della cantina Terlano proviene da uve sauvignon blanc in
Calice color giallo paglierino luminoso. Ricco, equilibrato e di medio corpo, chiude persistente su giovani sentori erbacei.Alto Adige "Quarz" della cantina Terlano proviene da uve sauvignon blanc in purezza, coltivate nel comune di Terlano. Vendemmia manuale, lenta fermentazione in botti di rovere grandi e affinamento per 9 mesi sui propri lieviti in parte in acciaio e in parte in botti di legno. Mineralità e classe, per quella che è una delle espressioni più alte di Sauvignon Blanc italiano.
Sauvignon di razza, il Quarz si esalta con crostacei grandi e piccoli, carni bianche e formaggi di media stagionatura. Da provare anche con agnello e vitello.
