Ganoderma Lucidum is de Latijnse naam en betekent ‘blinkende huid.’ In China wordt deze paddenstoel ook wel "het Kruid van de Spirituele kracht" genoemd.
Reishi groeit als parasiet op loofbomen, maar kan ook op afgestorven boomstammen groeien. De kleur van Reishi is rood en door zijn glans lijkt het net of er een laag vernis over zit.
Wat zijn de gezondheidsvoordelen van Reishi?
Reishi wordt al meer dan 2.000 jaar gebruikt in de Oosterse geneeskunde. Traditioneel wordt Reishi met name gebruikt om het immuunsysteem te ondersteunen*. Reishi bevat triterpenen en polysachariden.
Verschil tussen poeder en extract
Het verschil tussen Reishi poeder en extract is de manier waarop de paddenstoel verwerkt wordt. Reishi poeder is gemaakt van de fruiting body (vrucht) van de Reishi paddenstoel. Een extract wordt verder verwerkt, waardoor de werkzame stof geconcentreerder is. Bij Reishi wordt hiervoor heet water gebruikt. Door deze verwerking staat 1 kilo Reishi extract ongeveer gelijk aan 17 kilo normale Reishi poeder.
Mattisson biologisch Reishi poeder
Mattisson Reishi poeder is 100% puur en bevat geen additieven. Het bevat alle voedingsstoffen die de verse paddenstoel ook bezit, maar dan in gemakkelijke en lang houdbare poedervorm.
Dit poeder bestaat uit 100% fruiting body van fijn vermalen Reishi paddenstoel. Als substraat wordt massief eikenhout gebruikt.

Gebruik
1-2 x daags een ruime theelepel (ca. 3 g)oplossen in 250 ml water, thee, koffie, smoothie,soep of saus. De aanbevolen dosering niet overschrijden. Dit product is geen vervanging van een gevarieerde voeding.

I purchased this Amazon Grocery Garlic Powder as a pantry staple for everyday cooking, and it has quickly become one of the seasonings I reach for most often.
The garlic flavor is fresh, aromatic, and strong enough to add noticeable taste to meats, vegetables, soups, sauces, and marinades without needing to use a large amount.
I appreciate that the ingredient list is simple and contains only garlic, which is exactly what I look for in a basic seasoning.
The 3.9-ounce container is a practical size for regular household use. It stores easily in my spice cabinet and has been convenient to grab while cooking. It's enough to have on hand without going stale or clumping.
I found the powder easy to blend into recipes, and it disperses well whether I am seasoning food before cooking or adding it during preparation. The flavor is consistent from use to use, which helps when following recipes.

Excellent garlic powder

Excellent garlic powder. Note that the holes for shaking it out are a bit large, so the garlic powder comes out quickly, so you have to be very careful when you shake or pour. The flavor is perfect. I am very pleased. I’d recommend and will buy again. God bless!
