This Margalida Llompart blanco throws a party in your mouth, a true hit at every occasion. An absolute warm, voluminous white wine from Mallorca (Bodega Macia Batle) made with one of Jane’s favourite grapes; 50% Chardonnay. The other 50% is Prensal blanc, the local grape variety from Mallorca. A pronounced, piquant nose delivers a real melange of complex stone fruit aromas. Find a glass full of nectarine and sweet yellow grapefruit confit with a slick touch of vanilla pod and creamy oak spice. It's acidity is so well balanced.

Service Temperature: 7ºC - 8ºC
This Margalida Llompart 2023 is from the late handmade harvest. Skin maceration under temperature of 5ºC. The extraction of the wort is done by means of a pneumatic press, limiting thus the pressure to obtain the quality flower wort. The fermentation is done in the barrels at 15ºC temperature. Aged on their own lees for 7 months. The barrels are made of fine grain oaks, derived from Allier, Tronçais and Vosges forests.
