In seguito alla raccolta manuale, avviene la fermentazione

Al naso si avvertono profumi floreali, note di piccoli frutti rossi, echi di sottobosco; al palato è secco, dal tannino integrato, equilibrato.Realizzato dall'azienda vinicola Maso Bergamini, il Lagrein Bio viene prodotto utilizzando esclusivamente uve provenienti dalle vigne poste su terreni di antica origine vulcanica, posti nelle frazioni di Maderno e Moià. In seguito alla raccolta manuale, avviene la fermentazione spontanea, a cui segue quella malolattica; il vino successivamente riposa per circa nove mesi in acciaio prima di essere imbottigliato.
