Al drie eeuwen en gedurende 14 generaties produceert de familie Trimbach wijnen die gestructureerd, langlevend, fruitig, elegant en evenwichtig zijn: de beroemde Trimbach-stijl. De familie verzorgt persoonlijk elke onderdeel van het proces, van aanplant tot oogst en van vinificatie tot botteling. De wijnbouwkundige oorsprong van de familie Trimbach dateert uit 1626, toen Jean Trimbach werd erkend als burger van Riquewihr. Vanaf dat moment stonden de Trimbach's bekend om hun wijnbouw. De wijngaarden van Maison Trimbach zijn allemaal gelegen rond Ribeauville (Ribeauville, Hunawihr, Bergheim, Rorschwihr, Riquewihr en Mittlewihr). Ze profiteren van het unieke Elzasser microklimaat, dankzij de bescherming van de Vogezen, die de vlakte beschermt tegen regen. De pluk van deze druif is een heel uniek proces. Dit gebeurt pas op het moment dat alle andere oogst binnen is. Op dat moment zijn de druiven overrijp en uitermate geschikt om dessertwijn van de maken. Tevens is deze druif ‘aangetast’ door Edelrott. De pluk gaat handmatig en gebeurt stuk voor stuk. De druiven zijn enorm kwetsbaar en je wil dit mooie sap zeker niet verspillen. De wijn wordt gefermenteerd in roestvrijstaal, zonder malolactische gisting om de natuurlijke zuurgraad van het fruit te behouden. Tot slot rijpt de wijn drie maanden alvorens deze wordt gebotteld.Een Gewurztraminer in perfecte balans
De smaak ik harmonieus: frisheid wordt afwisselt door de fruitigheid van steenfruit zoals nectarines en perziken. Een geweldig glas wijn dat heerlijk is bij wat romige kazen. Een tip: geniet optimaal wanneer je deze wijn van Trimbach open maakt, want de wijn is zeer schaars. Alleen in de allerbeste jaren wordt deze wijn geproduceerd.Shipping Notes

Best typy of toys for my pups. Love them. They last!! Chewing tug games. Love them. The squeakiest don’t come out ! Big plus’s. and don’t last long with my dogs, which for me is a big plus’s. Those squeakier drive me crazy!!
If they get too yucky, toss them in the washer/dryer! Good to go again.

Our Aussie lives these toys! She hasn’t torn any up yet. She did manage to tear off an ear from the cheetah but the rest of the toy is intact after a lot of tugging and biting. Comes with 2 squeakers for more fun. She loves playing with these and will toss them up in the air and chase it by herself.
