Flake ice cools products more quickly than other forms, making it perfect for salad bars, seafood and produce displays, and cold therapy. An exclusive QR code connects you to your service information and warranty history almost instantly. AutoAlert™ indicator lights let you know what is going on with your machine so you can provide preventive maintenance. The self-aligning front panel makes accessing components easier, while the air-cooled condenser is built for energy efficiency. The front-located air filter is easy to access and clean. The Scotsman F1222A-32 Prodigy Plus flake ice machine head's internal components have antimicrobial protection on them so bacteria will not grow as quickly between cleanings.
